Please note that you will need to send us a copy of your photo identification to enable us to complete your registration. Please see the below list of acceptable forms of identification.

If you are a UK/EU citizen

• a clear certified photocopy of your passport photo page*

*If you do not have a passport a photocopy of your birth certificate along with another form of certified photo ID is required, i.e. a clear photocopy of your driving license.

If you are not a UK/EU citizen

• a clear certified photocopy of your passport photo page

You will also need to supply copies of documentation showing your right to work in the UK, this could include one of the following:

• A photocopy of your work permit or visa
• A photocopy of your visa stamp in your passport indicating right to work/indefinite leave to remain in the UK
• A photocopy of documentation from HMRC showing your valid National Insurance number or a copy of a previous pay slip showing a valid National Insurance number
